The East Tennessee regional officer team is hosting a series of virtual workshops covering an array of topics and would like to invite members to join them in promoting leadership, initiative, and agriculture advocacy over the course of the next few weeks!
The first virtual workshop will be hosted on Thursday April 8th at 6 pm and Saturday April 10th at 5 pm.
This will be the same workshop, so there is no need for members to attend both. We are providing multiple times in an attempt to reach more students during this busy time as we begin to wrap up the spring semester.
With chapter officer elections quickly approaching, the focus of this first workshop will be leadership at the chapter level.
Workshops will last approximately one hour with three twenty-minute mini-workshops led by members of the regional officer team.
The first mini-workshop will focus on leadership aside from being an officer, preparing and running for office, and the "new normal" ( a focus on social media outreach).
We hope that these topics interest both you and your students and will provide beneficial information that can be applied to finish this challenging year on a good foot!
There is no limit as to how many students may register per chapter, so we encourage all interested students to register using the Zoom link provided.
Please have students use a personal (NON-SCHOOL RELATED) email since they will be sent an individual link to join the meeting at their chosen time. Using a school provided email may pose some challenges since school security software often blocks East TN FFA emails and the Zoom platform.
